Yes. Every call starts with a short line: it's the shop's AI assistant, and the call is recorded and transcribed. Many states require that, and it builds trust. Callers mostly care that someone answers, knows 20% from 35%, and gets them a quote fast.
No. It only mentions starting prices you choose to publish. Everything else becomes a request for you to price. Old film, paint damage and custom wraps always come to you.
No. You forward unanswered or after-hours calls to your Frontbay Line, and you decide when it picks up.
You get two revision rounds before launch, and you only pay the second half after you approve the finished work. Your deposit is fully refundable until we deliver your first preview. If we're more than 7 days late through our fault, you can cancel for a full deposit refund. And on the Site + Frontbay Line plan, if your line answers fewer than 20 calls in its first 60 days live, we refund your launch fee (see the Terms).
Yes. Once it's paid in full, your content, photos and domain are yours. Frontbay keeps its own software and templates, which you use while your plan is active.
